Soft Intelligence

To personalize recommendations, the system collects data on coffee intake (timing and quantity), user preferences, daily habits, and sleep patterns so the clock can understand behavior and guide healthier consumption.

The clock limits users to four coffee breaks per day and uses app data to schedule reminders based on habits and preferences, helping track intake and encourage longer caffeine-free periods; it rotates and lights up at each break to cue the user, who then presses a button after finishing to log the drink and start timing the next break.
